Serbian fashion brand KOTA first appeared in 2015 with the aim of filling a specific gap in a local fashion market . Young designer Ana Jovanovic recognized the need for adaptable everyday pieces. Clean cut and authentic pieces, ethically produced in Belgrade.
Rather than entering into fast fashion Ana seems to prefer clothes that are classic and versatile. Her inspiration comes from the ease of affordable T-shirts and a desire to create year-round timeless pieces.
But also from the area of architecture, art, design, contemporary culture and nature and its carried out on materials. Hoping that her collections will inspire others to be the leaders in their own lives and be free of fashion trends.
KOTA fashion items are hand-made and limited runs focused on minimalist design with a commitment to straightforward and uncomplicated aesthetics.
