Another hidden spot in Zemun is Gospodja Mirkov, a tiny French-inspired pastry shop decorated with style where you can try delicious home-made cookies, cakes, tarts, and additionally, grab a cup of coffee. The name Mrs. Mirkov alludes to the family manufacture where skills for making pastries come from the mother’s side.

This is a super cool place for a quick stop while you are on a date, or just discovering Zemun with your friends or maybe with your kid that adores sweets.

BELA STENA BEACH

BELA STENA BEACH

This swimming spot is located near Pančevo, only 10 kilometers downstream from Belgrade. At the very confluence of the river Tamiš there is a weekend resort with around 150 stilt houses, catering facilities, and a long sand-filled beach that resembles Zemunski Kej (Zemun Quay). The only way to get to one of the most popular natural beaches in the vicinity of Belgrade- Bela Stena (The White Rock) is by boat. Boats that transport people to this beach start from two sides: Belgrade (the suburb of Višnjica) and Banat.
