Popular Belgrade “Creative district” Savamala gets new venues for going out, dinning, drinking and “hedonising”. In the last 7 to 8 years Savamala suffered urban renewal, moving from urban decay to urban chic.
Next to already established riverfront restaurant culture in Karadjordjeva street, Culture center Grad, clubs, bars and independent art galleries, this popular city neighborhood gets three new venues.

Ben Akiba comedy club & bar
Few years ago Ben Akiba was one of my favorite cocktail bars in Belgrade, situated in one condo in Nušićeva street, in the city center. It was closed for quite a few years and now it’s reopened also in one indoor space. Ben Akiba is a chic lounge for lovers of quality drinks, music and stand up comedies.
