Manu Katche, the famous African-American showman, pop & rock musician, composer, jazz musician and one of the best drummers in the world, who worked with outstanding musicians such as Peter Gabriel and Tracy Chapman will play alongside Matija Dedić for the first time!

The concert, which is a part of Musicology Barcaffe Sessions concert series, will take place in Belgrade’s Bitefartcafe club on the 14th of April. Romulo Duarte, the Brazilian contrabass player will be joining them as well.

Manu Katché was born in Paris, while his origins are connected to the Ivory Coast. He claims his African roots were essential for his original musical style, which is a fusion of African rhythm, classical percussion and jazz elements.

Matija Dedić, being raised in a musical environment, developed as one of the most famous Croatian jazz pianists and composers. He is already known amongst the Serbian audience, having already performed solo and with different jazz, pop and ethno musicians.
