Elektrana Neon Nacht is invading Drug§tore big time! With exclusive headliners Xeno & Oaklander who, as they stated the first time we contacted them, are dreaming of coming to play in Belgrade for a long time, Neon Nacht is opening their new season and dedicating this night entirely to minimal synth.
Xeno and Oaklander are a minimal electronics girl/boy duo based in Brooklyn, NY. They began writing music and soundtracks in 2004. Miss Liz Wendelbo is French / Norwegian and Sean McBride (also known as Martial Canterel) is from Maryland. They record their songs live in their Brooklyn studio and play analogue synthesizers and instruments exclusively. They have toured Europe and the US numerous times, and they play extensively in New York in music venues, lofts and festivals. They have also performed at SF Moma, PS1 Warm Up, Miami Art Basel, the Zürich Kunsthalle and the New Museum in New York. Sean McBride has created original music for artists Annika Larsson, Jonah Freeman, Annee Olofsson and Dara Birnbaum. Xeno & Oaklander have recently scored a soundtrack for artist Fabian Marti. Their latest Remix is for British legend John Foxx and the Maths.

YusYus are an audio/visual duo formed out of mutual love towards minimal synth music by Nemanja Stojanović (Neomodern) and Aleksandra Pavlović. They have been performing since 2013 and have quickly gained a following at their concerts in Serbia, Brussels, Vienna, Budapest and Zagreb. Their visuals are a work of the Ljubljana based designer duo “Kitsch-Nitsch”. So far, YusYus have released two singles on vinyl – “Forever” on the J.A.M. Traxx lable and “Symbols of Death” on the Perfekt Funktion lable. Additionaly, they have released a digital single “Ticking Clocks” for the Sever-severozapad 3 compilation. YusYus will release their first EP in the beginning of autumn for the Brussels based Perfekt Funktion.

Alone (Echoplay, Treue um Treue, NAUK, Cold Trinity) is a dark digital pop band from Belgrade, active for 20 years now. The name Alone implies a self contained mono utopia, structured much like the actual minimalistic setup of project’s hardware instruments.
