Dorcolac-Serbian burger

Pljeskavica is a Serbian version of burger. There are several types of Pljeskavica, such as : Leskovacka (spicy with paprika) and Punjena (Stuffed with bacon and cheese).  In the city of Belgrade there are numerous food joints and kafanas (Serbian tavern) where you can try this local specialty, but in this short guide we have selected a Dorcol standard called Dorcolac.  Price: 2-3 euros

Burger House food joint opened back in 2013 and since then it has become a must visit spot of every burger lover. Customers can choose between single (110g), standard (150g) or big (200g) burger. Their beef is fresh and delicious. By adding an extra patty you can get a delicious double burger, or by adding double Cheddar and you will get a Double Double which might be one of the best combos. Dorcol’s modern gastropub Endorfin is tucked away in 3 Brace Jugovica St. Endorfin is a multi-purpose space operating as a bar, beer shop and a restaurant with a pretty rich gastronomic offer. Located in a converted apartment near Kalemegdan Fortress, Radost fina kuhinjica (Radost House) is a totally unique spot in Belgrade with their offer which includes organic and gluten-free vegetarian specialties. One of the most delicious specialties is a plate with 3 small home-made burgers made of  beets and buckwheat. Price: 5-6 euros
