OCTOBER 16–18 | Georgian Supra celebrates its first anniversary with a three-day culinary celebration in the heart of Vračar, bringing together authentic Georgian cuisine, wine, and traditional hospitality. Since opening a year ago, the restaurant has become a meeting point for Georgian culture in Belgrade, hosting wine tastings, culinary workshops, and traditional feasts. To mark the occasion, renowned Georgian chef Giorgi Sarajishvili, a jury member of Bocuse d’Or Georgia 2019 whose work has been featured in Forbes and The New Yorker, will present a special anniversary menu. The celebration will highlight a traditional Georgian BBQ in the restaurant’s courtyard, featuring three signature dishes cooked over an open fire.
Guests can also look forward to traditional Georgian toasts led by a tamada, a complimentary glass of sparkling wine, special treats from the chef, and the lively atmosphere of a true Georgian supra.
