APROPO

Apropo is one of the finest and the coziest teahouses in town. It’s also a bookstore and a great place to find some fresh contemporary authors, have a cup of hot tea and eat a cookie. Vistors should have in mind that Apropo is one of the rare non-smoking places in Belgrade.

Did I mention that this unique bookstore stands in the very heart of the old town?!

SAPORE

Next to popular Moritz Ise and Crna Ovca, Sapore is our favorite ice cream parlor. It stands across the popular coffee shop Kofein, not far from the Apropo. In Sapore you can eat some really delicious ice creams made according to Italian recipes. Our favorite flavors are coconut and strawberry which taste as home-made ice creams.

Don’t forget to drop by and discover your best-loved flavor!

BOOKASTORE

Bookastore is a mix of a coffee shop, bar, and bookstore. As well, it is located in the same area as the previously mentioned places. Here you can find some books from popular authors, drink your cappuccino, and relax in the most authentic part of Belgrade.

BARBLIJA

Barblija, like a “Bible among bars” is located in Milutina Bojica street, just next to the popular Mali Princ pastry shop. This relatively new cocktail bar offers a variety of cocktails and mixed drinks for average prices (3-6e per drink). The cocktails are very professional served and the bartenders are really easy to communicate with. We really liked the easy-going atmosphere in this cocktail bar and we would recommend it as a warm-up place before your Friday or Saturday night out. And, yes do not forget to make reservations prior to coming, since the bar is small and a pretty popular spot.

APRIL BAR

Another relatively new local bar which stands in Zetska-one of the most beautiful streets in Dorcol. In this hot spot, you can catch some local DJs, drink a local beer, and have a shot of rakia. Do not forget that the mega-popular Skadrlija bohemian quarter and Cetinjska hipster-like district are just around the corner.
