Fall has arrived, as well as the new super interesting events that are taking place in Belgrade. Next to those events, Belgrade becomes home to novel venues that are waiting to be discovered.


Therefore, we kick off right now with the opening party and exhibition of Belgrade artist Marko Vuleta – Đukanov on Thursday, October 14, at 8 pm, at the new space KULA (Tower). Kula will open in the clock tower of the former brewery in Cetinjska 15 with a retrospective exhibition of (club) posters.

Another interesting event is an opening of Belgrade Art Weekend at Hotel Beograd (corner of Nemanjina & Balkanska St.) on the 20th of October at 4 pm (16h). This event will host more than 68 local and international artists. The event is supported by Culture Centre Grad and Goethe Institute Belgrade and it is an opening exhibition of Art Week Belgrade.


ART WEEKEND BELGRADE organized by Culture Centre Grad. Art Weekend Belgrade is an event that takes place in multiple locations in Belgrade and aims to promote the local contemporary art scene. The program consists of specially curated exhibitions in galleries, a conference, and organized guided art tours.
It will take place in a number of interesting venues around the city from 20 to 29.10.2021.

Also, music lovers can enjoy the 37th BELGRADE JAZZ FESTIVAL at Dom Omladine (The Youth Centre) from 26 to 31 October 2021.
This year the 37th edition of the Belgrade Jazz Festival will be held, marking half a century since the birth of the event, in 1971. In honor of this momentous anniversary, the Festival will go on for six days, with one concert “plus” in the Belgrade Youth Center, as well as a guest appearance in Novi Sad – in total, a week of best contemporary jazz from all across the globe in Serbia! The Belgrade Youth Center and Kombank Hall will host 25 bands with more than 100 musicians from 18 countries, 3 continents (Europe, North America, and Asia), along with presenting the most talented young talents of the Serbian jazz scene – the envoys of our future.

Likewise, movie lovers can attend the Free Zone Movie Festival that takes place from 4 – 9 of November in Belgrade (Novi Sad and Nis as well). This is an annual festival of documentaries and artistic movies that deal with current topics. The opening ceremony will happen on the 14th of November at 19h with the screenings of Roadrunner: A Film About Anthony Bourdain.

Next to these events music and club lovers can catch parties at Strogi centar, 20/44, Drugstore club, DOT parties in bars in Cetinjska Street, and Mladost Ludost club cluster in Savamala. In addition, a new modern club has open at Luka Beograd so electronic music aficionados should keep an eye on the future parties that might happen there.
