By definition, convergence is the act of moving towards union or uniformity. It represents the aspirations of two entities that at some point merge into one.
In painting and photography convergence represents a linear perspective in which all parallel lines converge at some point, to a point on the line of the horizon.
But that’s only a perspective … and as far we go forward, this point is equally distant from us, and we never see them really connected.

Bridges connect.
Bridges connect the coasts, states, cities, cultures, people … Bridges crossing obstacles, depressions, rivers … And rivers… they carry away water under the bridges. They carry away what has been done and what can not be undone or controlled, but must be accepted, forgiven or forgotten.
