There are several types of Pljeskavica, such as : Leskovacka (spicy with paprika) and Punjena (Stuffed with bacon and cheese).Ā In the city of Belgrade there are numerous food joints and kafanas (Serbian tavern) where you can try this local specialty, but in this short guide we have selected a Dorcol standard called Dorcolac.
