Green market in New Belgrade was built and opened in 1972. It represents one of the most sophisticated markets in the city.

It consists of 331 stalls and 30 display cases and operates within a large commercial complex in the heart of New Belgrade.

In front of the market, there is an open plateau where you can find handicrafts and other types of consumer goods. In the summer months, customers from all over the city come to by quality melons.

This market works through the entire week, not just during the weekends as many other markets around the city.

Market operates at two levels – at the top market sells fruits and vegetables, while the lower level market sells dairy products, eggs, meat and fish. In the center there is a special section for selling flowers.

Location:

Blok 45, New Belgrade
