Must see a rare documentary about Belgrade from 1922

A rare documentary that dates back to 1922 features everyday life in Belgrade at the very beginning of the 20 century. The video is in the ownership of the Dutch Eyefilm collection.

At that time Belgrade was the capital of the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats, and Slovenians. It seems that the city was a peculiar blend of oriental and western lifestyle and tradition. Its street food scene, numerous open-air markets, and everyday fashion reminded of oriental cities. On the contrary, architecture, traffic, and downtown appeared as in other European metropolises.
