The legend of what Michelin stars and awards mean:

three stars – exceptional cuisine, worth a memorable trip
two stars – excellent cuisine, for which it is worth making a D-tour
one star – high-quality cuisine, worth a stop
“Bib Gourmand” – a good ratio between price and quality
“The Plate Michelin” – fresh ingredients, carefully prepared and a good meal
“Michelin Green Star” – has been introduced since 2020, as an additional recognition for restaurants in the guide. It is an award for restaurants that have “taken responsibility in preserving resources and biological diversity, reducing food waste and reducing the use of non-renewable energy sources”.
