Electrana neon nacht and Drugstore Belgrade present SIXTH JUNE (Mannequin Records, Berlin) and YUSYUS (Perfekt Funktion, Subotica) on 28th of December. Tickets: 300 RSD at the door. Early start from 9 pm since it’s Sunday!
SIXTH JUNE was formed by visual artist Laslo Antal and actress Lidija Andonov, in 2008. After a shorter period working and living in Belgrade the band relocates to Berlin where the first album is being released in 2010. The “Everytime” Lp gained attention in the music scene and enabled the band to play around Germany and other European countries including Festivals like Exit festival Novi Sad, BIM Fest in Belgium and Wave Gothic Treffen in Leipzig.
In 2011 the band releases the “ Back for a day” Ep for the italian label Mannequin Records. The title song became a widely favorable by the audience and radio DJ’s.
In December 2013 “Pleasure” Ep is released on Mannequin Records as well, and gives a nice impression about how elements from 80s music can be reinterpreted in new form, to stay fresh and still powerful.
Music videos and live projections are essential part of the performance of Sixth June, it gives the music the right balance and makes the whole experience fuller and richer. Having two people in the band who are closely connected to film, theatre and video art helps Sixth June to be recognizable not only by the music but the whole image as well.

Traxx lable and “Symbols of Death” on the Perfekt Funktion lable. Additionaly, they have released a digital single “Ticking Clocks” for the Sever-severozapad 3 compilation.
